Our story
We started Sounding Board because we saw the same problem over and over again — self-managed Associations doing their best with no real guidance, and full-service management that was either too expensive or more than the building actually needed.
With 25+ years of combined experience in Community Association Management, we know what good operations look like. And we know how to help your Board get there.
We work remotely alongside your Board as a trusted consulting resource when you need it — guiding you through decisions, helping you build better processes, and making sure you always have an experienced perspective to lean on.
How We’re Different
We're not a management company, and we're not here to take over. Self-managed Boards are proud of running their own buildings, and they should be. Sounding Board is for when you want an experienced second opinion without handing over the keys to your building.
